The management team of REIMidwest, LLC has more than 30 years of combined real estate investment and business experience, in Wisconsin and Arizona. We are dedicated to assisting our investor clients achieve their financial goals through acquiring cash flow producing real estate investments.

Acquisitions

We believe that achieving high yields for our investor clients starts with identifying and acquiring single-family and multi-family homes located in prime locations throughout the Milwaukee market. Our acquistions team finds distressed properties that can be updated quickly and cost effectively.

Remodeling and Design

Once we purchase a property, our construction and design specialists go to work on tastefully updating the home using high quality, low-cost materials. Using a detailed scope of work and experienced contrators, each property is remodeled thoroughly, from basement to roof, so there's minimal deferred maintenance required.

Property Management

After our contractor teams complete the rehab, we find well-qualified tenants through a meticulous screening process. Once the home is leased it is sold to one of our investor clients. We also provide full service property management services as well as ongoing financial reporting and tenant updates.

A licensed Realtor in Wisconsin and Arizona, Marty is our acquisitions expert. He has over 14 years of experience analyzing housing markets in multiple states.

Manny is the company remodeling specialist. With more than 10 years of expertise as a real estate investor he is a master at keeping all the company's projects on time and budget.

Jim oversees our property management division. He has over 15 years of executive business management experience with a Fortune 500 high technology company.
